Glamour magazine is coming off its best year ever, and it is looking to put its stamp on the world.
The publication is launching a new website, glamourvacation, that is geared toward “celebrating the outdoors and exploring the natural world,” according to the publication.
The website will offer a wide range of travel and lifestyle photography.
The site will feature “travel and adventure photos, photos from our favorite destinations, and stories about the outdoors,” the publication said.
“We have a special focus on the natural and beautiful worlds, and this new website will serve to celebrate the outdoors with our photographers, and offer you a whole new way to experience the world.”
The site was launched by Glamor magazine co-founder and CEO Emily Rios, who was named the new president of the magazine in August.
Rios also announced that the magazine is adding a new section dedicated to outdoor travel, “with a focus on our core audience,” the magazine said in a statement.
The magazine has been criticized in recent years for its coverage of the Trump administration and its handling of the Orlando shooting.
Glamors first year came after Rios was hired as CEO in October 2016.
In that same year, the magazine announced it would no longer cover the Trump White House and the 2016 election, instead focusing on the “unusual life and personal experiences of women.”
In May 2018, Glamours founder and editor in chief Ann Friedman resigned from her position after being accused of sexual harassment by two women.
The scandal prompted the magazine to issue a statement saying Friedman was resigning from the magazine “to focus on other matters.”
Friedman said in her resignation letter that she had been a victim of harassment and assault and that she was “deeply saddened” to hear of Rios’s decision.
