We’ve all seen photos of iconic places, people, and places in our lives.
But there are many more that we haven’t been able to capture, even if we’ve had the chance to visit.
From the Statue of Liberty to the Empire State Building, from a Brooklyn bar to the Taj Mahal, the people of New America can often be a bit hard to identify.
Now we have a tool to help you identify these people and places that were once part of the American Dream.
For a limited time, you can visit the National Park Service and get a chance to view all the photos and documents that were taken there during its formation.
These historic images are stored in the National Archives and are part of an important and ongoing project to preserve America’s history and heritage.
Take a moment to check out the amazing images in this collection and then come back to the site and share your favorite photos.
You’ll have plenty of ways to tell the difference between the people who lived in these places and the people from these places.
We’ve included a short history of the National Parks and National Historic Places to give you a bit of context, as well as a few other facts about these places, including how the photos were made.
To begin, the National Geographic Society and the National Museum of American History have both teamed up to digitize these historic images.
All the photos in this gallery are taken from the National Historic Preservation Act, and were created as part of this effort.
The National Park System is the largest federal agency in the United States, with over 3.4 million acres of lands.
The Park Service is responsible for maintaining and protecting the parks and historic sites of the United State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
In the past, the Park Service has operated a series of national parks, including Yosemite National Park, Grand Canyon National Park and Zion National Park.
Today, these sites are managed by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, the Smithsonian Institution, the Bureau of Land Management, and National Park Foundation.
These collections are housed in the Department of the Interior’s National Archives.
National Park resources can be found at the National Library of Medicine and are accessible through the National Center for Information and Research on Human Origins, or NARA.
The images and documents in this series are in the public domain and are available under the Public Domain Declaration.
